TIMCO CNG OPENS NATURAL GAS STATION IN CALIFORNIA

Helping to celebrate Earth Day, on Tuesday, TIMCO CNG hosted a grand opening and ribbon cutting for its first public-access CNG fueling station. The Orange County station, located off I-5, will provide consumer and fleet drivers a convenient fueling option between Los Angeles and San Diego. This new TIMCO CNG station was awarded a grant from the Mobile Source Air Pollution Reduction Review Committee (MSRC), an organization within the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) that provides Clean Transportation Funding to projects in the South Coast air basin. The MSRC collects Clean Transportation Funding from a $4 surcharge on vehicle license fees and disperses funds to projects designed to reduce air pollution from mobile sources.
