PETERBILT TO DISPLAY NEWEST NATURAL GAS LINEUP AT 2014 ACT EXPO

Peterbilt will be displaying the newest additions to its lineup of natural gas trucks at the company’s exhibit during the ACT Expo in Long Beach, California, May 5-8. Trucks on display will include the on-highway Model 579 and the all-purpose vocational Model 567. Peterbilt announced the two new vehicle configurations in March. Both vehicles are equipped with the Cummins-Westport ISX12-G engine and run on CNG. The trucks feature Quantum Fuel Systems back-of-cab storage systems that can store 123 DGE. Rail mounted systems are also available to provide either 170 or 216 DGE of combined capacity.
