Trillium CNG Opens CNG Station for Agricultural Cooperative in Ohio

Trillium CNG and Heritage Cooperative, an agriculture producer cooperative in Ohio, held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to commemorate the grand opening of a new CNG fueling station in Kenton, Ohio. The new station was built as part of Heritage’s $7 million Kenton Agriculture Campus Expansion. The Class 8 CNG station will be open and publically accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The station features Trillium CNG’s proprietary fast-fill hydraulic intensifier to fuel three dedicated CNG dispensers. Randy Manns, the mayor of Kenton, as well as local business leaders provided opening remarks at the ceremony. “With the addition of CNG, we plan to convert our Kenton fleet of trucks to 100 percent natural gas by the end of 2016,” said Lammers, general manager of Transport of Precision Strip, Inc.
