ANG and Cobey Energy Finalize Distribution Agreement

On Monday, American Natural Gas (ANG) and Cobey Energy entered into a relationship that brings together the CNG fueling station provider and the OEM CNG equipment packager, both headquartered in New York State. The agreement provides ANG with rights to represent and distribute Cobey Energy CNG products throughout their operating area, including exclusivity within New York State. The agreement will allow ANG to streamline their equipment procurement process as well as adopt a collaborative CNG system design approach.
